why latching might hurt right now
I’ve been there, friend. As a new mom, you’re often not given adequate support with learning to successfully latch your baby, and might be wondering why latching hurts.
Here’s the secret (that really should not be a secret), latching doesn’t have to hurt, even in the beginning. Positioning, milk flow, and nipple care can all factor in to pain levels. This workshop covers all of this in depth, and more.
where can i find more support with other areas of feeding too?
Achieving a pain-free breastfeeding latch is an excellent place to start, but expert-led education on all aspects of feeding can make a world of difference to comfort and confidence levels (for both you and baby!).
For more, my Mastering Bottle and Breastfeeding course is here to help! It’s a comprehensive, self-paced, online video course to take you from feeling confused and overwhelmed to calm and confident with feeding your baby.
